Samantha Vrtis-Shetler is the lead disbursal representative and checks cutter at the firm. She verifies clients’ billed amounts in these roles and negotiates with providers to lower their balances. In addition, Samantha creates client breakdowns for medical bills, attorney fees, and the clients in pocket amount. As the check cutter, Samantha ensures that all medical providers, health insurance carriers, and client checks are correctly processed. Samantha has over 3 years of experience in the field.
